Caribbean Pork Chops for dinner! (Pic Heavy)

A great friend sent me some caribbean jerk seasoning all the way from Canada! My thought was to put it on everything! Holy Crap! This turned out Eggcellent! I banked all of my coals to one side in a Weber-esque type configuration. I brought the BGE up to 400F and grilled the chops on the cool side. Half way through I added the foil wrapped corn. I added the asparagus once the pork chops hit 147 IT. I grilled it until it charred. The entire family LOVED this one!
