I got a new large egg right after christmas. Been reading on them for a few years and finally made the purchase. Best grill ever!! I have been grilling and smoking with charcoal for about 10 yrs so I can really appreciate not have to add charcoal every hour!! Already have around 30 cooks under the belt with very few that were just ok, the rest turned out great. Looks like a good group here!

Hotch, it was pretty good size. I think around 3 1/2 lbs. Lol. It was my first one that I stuffed and something different to cook!

I have cooked and smoked dozens and never thought to stuff one. Great call.
