Man Night Cook

Well the wife took the kids to grandmas and since it is a gorgeous day in the PNW (65 and sunny) she decided to stay over there. So I stayed home and having a couple hours of "me" time. and decided to try something.

Last night we made chicken bombs (which were amazing!) I had some scraps of chicken left over so I just coated them in dizzy dust and grilled them. Well because of the coating and i grilled everything direct they turned into grilled chicken nuggets!

So tonight I decided to cube up some chicken, make some grilled chicken bites. Some are wrapped in bacon and seasoned with dizzy dust. Some are wrapped with bacon, seasoned with brown sugar and dizzy dust, and some have added a mixture of ranch and siracha.

Also enjoying a stick (@hapster), Kona brew, and some time in the Word. Man time indeed. Will let you know how the chicken turns out.

These are amazing! No more plain chicken breast for me! The Sriracha and Ranch is a perfect balance of heat and creamy. Yum!

ls this sriracha-ranch thing new?  Did you just come up with that, or is that something that everyone already knew about? I read your post above and went immediately over to the fridge and mixed the two together with some grilled chicken from dinner.  AWESOME!

Whatever the case, I love it.  I'm calling it Fletch sauce.  I'd have dubbed it Fancy Sauce, but that was already taken.  Good old Dale Dobak's ketchup and mayonnaise combo.

@yogi84‌ The Kona brew is ok. Not my favorite but I got it for 5 for a case of 12 beers so I drink it. I have been enjoying lighter beers lately which is odd for me because I usually like porters.

@SaltySam‌ thanks for the credit. It probably exists somewhere on the internet but I made it up on the fly last night. Thought it sounded good and like you found out, its amazing! Really makes chicken much better (in my opinion)
