SV Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Creamy Sriracha Sauce and Bok Choy

Had 2 salmon fillets from Costco, and a yearning to egg something for dinner.
Creamy Sriracha Sauce - mayo, Fage yogurt, honey, Sriracha, finely chopped Thai chiles
Bok choy - drizzled with chili sesame oil, dusted with Tsunami spin.
The salmon - teriyaki glaze made from light and dark soy, dash of chinkiang vinegar, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, chili oil, brown sugar. SV @ 140°F x 25 mins then on the egg to glaze.
Plated shot.
Fueled by Lagavulin 16. It was all pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.

@TUTTLE871 - yes, those are chopsticksIf you're interested in the Sriracha sauce, its darn simple:1/4 cup light mayo1/4 cup Fage yogurt 0%4 TBSP Sriracha1 TBSP honey4 Thai chiles, finely choppedWhisk it all together. We like some heat, so amp it up as you like. Omit the Thai chiles, and add less Sriracha if you don't want it so hot. It complemented the sweetness of the teriyaki quite nicely. I'll probably skip the mayo and just use Fage next time.Let me know if the teriyaki sauce was what you were actually interested in.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Thanks!@bodski - its called a Frogmat. Great for delicate items like fish or stuff that can easily stick to (or fall through) the grid. It comes in various sizes.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
