Love doing ribs on lazy Sundays, especially when one of the local Grocers has them on sale. This week, they advertised Farmland All Natural Loin Backs for $3.99/lb., but they were actually $3.29 and very meaty
Basically Carwash Mike style, salt, pepper, and celery seed with pecan and peach smoke, 235ish ramping up to 300ish for 5 hours, with mixed Blues Hog and Blues Hog Tennessee Red for the last 40 minutes or so....
They were pretty much perfect...
