XL Pork Butt Question

O.K. experienced XL guys.  I got my XL in November and have not cooked on it yet.  In fact, it's still sitting on a pallet in the box.  I'm cooking pork butts for a graduation in May and was wondering how many 7-8 lb. butts I can get on a single level?  I have done eight (4 ea.) on my two larges  with swing racks, but really want to get the XL rolling for this cook.



I'm ashamed what I did for a Klondike Bar!!
