Meatloaf is on!

Just got my meatloaf on the BGE for tonight's dinner, I'm expecting about an 1 1/2 hr. at 350* raised; but, who knows, we'll eat when it's ready!

Mixed up my meat.


Made a bacon weave to wrap the loaf

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
