Friday nigh fish and sprouts

Options
Pretty simple cook. Egg at 450 with a CI skillet at regular grid level and 1/2 moon raised grid for the sprouts. I coated the sprouts with a bit of EVOO,balsamic glaze and Dizzy Dust and cooked in the veggie basket. Fish was Catfish rubbed with Cajun seasoning and cooked in a red hot CI skillet. First time doin catfish but will do this again. Sorry no egg pics but here is a rub and plated pic imageimage
