Was at Firecraft this morning; picked up 2 bags of Rockwood, 3 bags of Ozark, and a bag of peach chunks... Ran into another egghead LOL... Told him about the forum, who knows if he'll get here...

Here are the butts, probably about 14# total after trimming. Rubbed with a little Bad Byron's and going with peach for smoke.
The bottom one had about a 30min head start on the top one.

Man those tuna steaks look awesome! I had been thinking of making some cedar planked damon real soon, but I now have this sudden craving for tuna.Perhaps I missed it, but you mentioned you were putting some pork butts on overnight, sans Maverick. Was that sans vous aussi? Did you baby sit them all night or trust in the force and get the Egg stabilized and go to bed?Jim
