35 pounds shipped if you have Amazon Prime. I'm not sure how long this will last, the price on this stuff moves around a lot.

I never heard a bad comment on it. I pulled the trigger but I have to be honest, I don't trust the shipping of charcoal thru UPS or who ever.

@PNWFoodie Fogo is awesome for low n slow cooks. Absolutely huge pieces, burns steady, and VOCs clear quickly. I don't waste it for quick direct cooks, but for low n slow its my go to. I do sometimes use some Royal Oak on top or mixed in to fill some of the gaps left by such large pieces.

That is exactly what I did when I had a supply of the old Wicked Good lump. I just can't get enough people together to order another pallet.

Hungry Joe it survives transport very well in my experience. Each bag is packe in a fairly sturdy box with packing paper filling the empty space. I think you'll like it.

Thanks...two bags on the way. Sucks that I now have to pay tax on Amazon in NC

I'm with you on the tax - we have it here in California too.  One good thing came with the tax though: they could then have a local warehouse - almost everything can be had overnight.  They are shooting for same day delivery.  Instant gratification!!!

I ordered a bag of Fogo also - might have gone for 2, except for the 9 bags of RO in my garage.

Here's a tip.  You can grab the ASIN # from any product on Amazon and plug it into camelcamelcamel to see it's price history.  Can also set up alerts and get an email when it falls below your defined price.

I use that site before I buy anything from Amazon. Been using it for years.

I have just received mine...card board box was half open no packaging, and when I picked it up it sounds just like small pieces and dust...I will be interested if anyone else has a similar experience :(

Sorry to hear. Got mine, 2 bags, each in their own pristine box. Haven't opened them yet.

I would contact Amazon, they are pretty good at resolving issues. Here is a super secret phone number to contact customer support. P.S. don't pass this around LOL. Mine is on the truck today.

One more update, I just called the number and they closed that line, but this one worked. (866) 216-1072

Not working. Correction try this, (800) 201-7575

This is the web site I found this information:

This is great lump....I've gone through a few bags and have yet to be disappointed...plus Amazon Prime makes it well worth it.  Always huge chunks for low and slow or a quick burger....

Same thing happened when I ordered some Kebroak a while back. Terrible packaging, box looked like it had been run over. Not surprisingly, the lump was all little golf ball size pieces or smaller inside.

My order came intact. I can hear what sounds like a little shake but the one bag I opened looked good, nice big chunks.

FWIW this stuff looks just like the old Wicked Good I had right down to the type of bag it came in. It makes me wonder if it could be sourced from the same supplier.

I think the stuff is dense enough to withstand even UPS and FedEx. I still have one bag of WG left so this might not get used until later this summer because I like using this type of lump for the long cooks.

Just by looking at it Fogo looks the same as Wicked Good. I held off on a pallet buy of WG last winter because I already had 600lbs of other charcoal on hand and only got some interest on 10 bags. I may just order 30 bags of Wicked Good this summer even if no one else is interested and I keep it all. By the pallet with shipping it was something like $.70 a pound, about $.30 cheaper then Fogo.

Just received my bag (box) of the below today.  I cut it open, reached in, and pulled out a piece the size of 3 fists.  Impressed, but since i just got it, and it's 40lbs, I havent cooked with it and dont know about the rest of the bag.  Paid $42.82 shipped (prime).

I received my bag of Fogo yesterday.  Although it was a day late, it was well packed and in great condition.  I broke down and bought a second bag last night.  Unfortunately the price had already rocketed up to $38.39.  Still not bad for premium lump, with free shipping (thanks to Amazon Prime).

How does it compare to the BGE lump?

And while I'm here are there any other favorite lumps that Amazon sells?  (the wife has Amazon Prime)  I did find that they have the Jack Daniels smoking blocks which is nice.
