Coming up on my two year Egg'n anniversary, and I'm asking myself, "why am I only now trying grilled pineapple!!??" Sprinkled on some Dizzy Dust Pineapple Head. So so good.

We soak in brown sugar and rum for 30 min before cooking. And add pineapple head.
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
Yep soak it in Rum. That's the secret to happiness.

I was looking at some soaking recipes. That'll definitely be next. This was one of those last minute ideas. Only have the sample pack of Pineapple Head. Guess this'll be another Dizzy Pig purchase. Looking good! I really like grilled pineapple as a feeeeexin too. Grilled teriyaki chicken + grilled pineapple on a kings Hawaiian roll.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I've also done grilled peaches and pears---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti.
