Low and slow ideas.

Give me some low and slow ideas. It seems like I can only think of Ribs, Butts, and Briskets when thinking about low and slow cooks. Lets hear some ideas.

    There are other ways. Tin can, soldering iron, smoke chips

    Depends what you mean low and slow. Try chili or stew in cast iron pot. Set in the late am. Come home in pm for dinner.

    Egrets chili is awesome, but HOT! Next time I'll leave all the hot stuff out and see what happens.
