Mini Polish and Kraut

Found an area Meat Market that has the only Certified Organic processing house in the area, and they make sausage and stuff  Polish Sausage with a really good fermented Kraut on the Mini....

Served with Parsley'd blue and gold new potatoes...

Mini is cracked, probably due to the old nest, and I also was able to stop by the Egg Distributer and I think they will take care of it for me, so a very good Egg day indeed

    2 lb London broil indirect with reverse sear on my mini tonight.
    Mine has had a crack for a year now may swap it out this summer finally as its getting a bit worse with time.
