The two butts were pulled this morning around nine...16 hrs on the egg. Decided to fry some eggs and have a little blackberry jam on toast.
It's a learning curve for me with the rutland. The egg is tight and I'm not used to that. Had the digiq at 215 but the egg wanted 234...which is where it was this morning.
One with bbbr and one with mickey's coffee rub. I vac sealed and forgot to taste the coffee rub.. dinner. Lucy is always waiting..

Great cook-but gotta admit that in my youth "Breakfast of Champions" meant beer and chocolate chip cookies. And sadly-that is the reference point today!
