Tonight's cook is going to be fairly simple...
Prime ribeye for me, a filet for the ladies, some shrimp, and asparagus for a veggie.
Tomorrow is probably some burgers and I picked up another corned beef flat that I will try to smoke straight thru with no braise to make a pastrami of sorts.

Here it is plated up... Couldn't finish the steak, managed to get the temp right and it was a perfect med rare.
