Tonight's cook is going to be fairly simple...

Prime ribeye for me, a filet for the ladies, some shrimp, and asparagus for a veggie.

Tomorrow is probably some burgers and I picked up another corned beef flat that I will try to smoke straight thru with no braise to make a pastrami of sorts.
