As usual, there were a lot of wonderful foods prepared at the Salado Eggfest. And I'm seeing a lot of posts asking for recipes of some of those dishes.

So if all you Salado Cooks would share your recipe, either in this thread or via email to me, I'll add them to the Recipe section of the blog.
