I took the pictures of my cracked Egg in to my dealer Saturday. I was notified that a replacement Dome and bottom have been approved , ordered and being processed. I can' t say enough for the great customer service I received from Tony at AES Hearthplace in Camp Hill, PA. He did a great job handling this issue for me and the turnaround time way amazing. BGE comes through as well. Thanks Tony.

Just got a call from AES Hearthplace. My replacement Egg has arrived. Less than 3 business days from reporting the crack. That's pretty sweet.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA
