    I'm with @caliking on the lamb pops. Have avoided them for years. As of Sat night I am a believer. Wow
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Thank you Steve. Had to cook at the After Party because I wasted the day away. Really had a fun day visiting and taking photos. Really great to finally meet you and hope to someday mentor your skills of getting others to cook for me. Hope to cook with you next year.

    I would have helped but I was pretty useless. Your stuff looked amazing but I wasn't able to get any. I was on the ground laughing so hard at Beli's embellished story of me cooking at his house and making his egg eggsplode. I must have heard "I am a Mexican of humble means" twenty
    times as the stories unfolded.
