    @GeorgeS...all in fun. & agreed pay close attention on the forum & one can find out "how to do it better" and "how to have an epic fail". Tremendous group of people on this forum with one common goal>> how to make it great on the egg.
    @Mike_theBBQ_Fanatic....thanks...asparagus was perfectly crisp and quite flavorful (it took maybe 10 minutes in the pan covered with HDAF). The chicken was on for 1.5hrs @ 375F then flipped to skin side down and bumped up to 450F for about 10minutes. Moist bird with crisp skin (this was a larger roaster bird from Publix 7.5#-8#).
