First time doing this, on egg or off. Used leftover pork loin I had in the freezer. Turned out pretty good, family liked it, that's what matters. I think a wok setup is in my future at some point. Eggs and soy sauce didn't make the photo, but were included.

Looks great, I love fried rice on the BGE, but have started using a Tao 'cause it is easier. Keep on Wokking!

what is that contraption you have there? I use a wok, but need a spider to get it closer to the coals. I like your setup, would be awesome for breakfast on the eggIn Manchester, TNVol For Life!

@jls9595 It is a Euro-Q from Little Griddle http://www.littlegriddle.com/Default.asp The Kettle-Q would probably be a better fit for the egg, but I got it from Woot awhile back for a pretty good deal.They/Them

Richard, that's a $28 that looks well spent! Hmm...need to go down to the Asia markets in Philly and see what I can find.
