Smoking St Patty's Corn beef and Cabbage Sunday.

St Patty's Day Corned Beef and Cabbage,,,the traditional Boiled dinner with Corned Beef and carrots and cabbage is not my first choice anymore. Yes it is good, but I have found roasting/ braising brings out a little more flavor ....in my opinion. Always wanted to try it on the Egg but I do not want a pastrami...I wanted Corned Beef. I found this site where Malcom Reed (HowtoBBQrRight) smokes it part way , then braises it all on his smoker. Maybe we should convince his to buy a Big Green Egg also if he does not already have one!
