Help with Deleting a Duplicate Post

Will someone please tell me how to delete a duplicate post? I apologize, but I cannot find a "help" area on this forum and accidentally posted the same post twice. Thanks for your help!

Kelley, I'm not sure if or how you can delete even your own post. I would empty the duplicate's body and change its title to 'duplicate - ignore' or something to that effect. Unlike the other forum, you have up to one hour after posting to edit you post here.canuckland
