I'm always amazed at how easy and wonderful ribs are on the old Medium Egg... especially when loin backs are on sale for $2.99/lb. Car Wash Mike style, 5 hours, 225ish - 300ish, rubbed with salt, pepper and celery seed, glazed with Blues Hog/Blues Hog Tennessee Red....
