    I only cut 5 off the primal. They were f'ing good! I'll get pics next time, low and slow to 120*.  They cook fast so no sear.

  • I do like 70/30 pepper to salt but Cazzy has a better rub if he will share with the class.

    Tony, after you upload your image, do you ever click on the image and select Insert Image?  If you start doing it, make sure to go back and click delete after you do that.
