Didn't have any cooking plans today, just figured leftovers. But the weather is perfect, couldn't not cook something. Pulled some wings out of the freezer this morning. Got them separated earlier this afternoon and tossed in a zip lock with 3:1 Tsunami Spin:Corn Starch. Just put them on 400* indirect. I figured since the were frozen indirect vs. Raised direct. No idea really.

Mixed up some buffalo sauce for 1/2 and I'll just do BBQ sauce for the others.image
