A friend of mine had me try this over at his house not too long ago and I decided I needed to make my own. Used Publix dough with a mixture of ranch dressing, butter and Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce for the base. Added a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and then topped with pre-cooked bacon and chicken strips. Added some chopped green bell pepper and added another layer of sauce and cheese. Preheated the egg to 600 and had plate setter (legs down), grill grate and then pizza stone on top. Let the pizza stone heat for 30+ before throwing the pie on. 10 minutes later I had a great tasting pizza! Will be doing this again for sure!
