Reccomendations on an electric carving knife for brisket?

I want an electric one that can make nice looking slices. I'm going to buy a cheapo Black & Decker unless there is a much better choice out there.

I cant help with the electric but if you want a decent affordable slicing knife look at the Mercer Genises series. Its the one i use. Hope this helps.

I have never seen an electric knife that will do nice looking slices.  This is the one I use.  It's not terribly expensive, holds an edge well and is easy to touch up and sharpen.

I have that one and I don't love it. It's good on the flat, but too rough on the point.

I've decided to get the Cuisinart like Myron Mixon uses.

I love the Cuisinart. Works wonders on brisket and love using with ribs.

That seals the deal. No more sawing delicate point for me. Time to scamper off to Bed Bath and Beyond. Maybe pick up a new loofa while I'm there.  :D
