Started out with a Mission Pale Ale..
Had a few Woodfords and a Smoke…
A few ears of Corn
Used my new grinder attachment and ground up 2 rib eyes. Went to about 150 in which i overshot my 140 mark but was still very good. I think i cut off too much fat so next time I'll just grind the whole thing. Topped them off with a fried egg. Jake and i split a twice baked tater. Overall pretty tasty.
I'm no @Cazzy but i like this shot from the Boro square.

They look great...even at 150. Yeah next time, throw the whole thing in the grinder. A rib-eye has a perfect amount of fat.3rd pic is my favorite by far! The last one is cool. What is Boro Square?Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Oh, that burger looks very juicy man...just zoomed in. I think that kind of proves my point that medium to medium plus is perfect for burger as it lets the fat in the core render. How was the taste???Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

DaYum. Maybe I will wash your dishes at SaladoLarge, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

Yea man, that's a burger!Hood Stars, Wrist Crowns and Obsession Dobs!

@henapple-now that's a bourbon-and in my opinion (and I know...) much better than any scotch thing you could consume. If I were to climb aboard the bourbon train at this hour I would be in serious trouble very soon. Patience is the watchword for me and that beverage...BTW-Have fun at Salado!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Thanks guys. Moist and good taste but should have left the fat in. The pic is from the square here in town.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I finally tried the double oaked, awesome stuff and nice change of pace from the regular woodford. Now I need to finally try a fried egg on a burger, not sure why I've waited so long.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!

Good lookin' burgers there!
I've got some really nice looking grass fed beef ground up in the fridge that I'm gonna do some burgers with tonight.
Thinkin a little BBQ sauce and some bacon on them with some caramlized onions!
Some cold Hopslams or Lagunitas Sucks, and some homebrew marinated sweet potatoe fries, and I think I'm set for this 70* day!

Nice cackle burger, stumbled onto the egg burger 15 years ago cleaning out the cooler on the last day of camping. We had eggs, bacon, burgers and couple beers left so we put the bacon and eggs on the burger and washed it down with a beer and have been eating them ever since.

Still looks real good. Next time the grinder is out try brisket. I just add S&P and some chopped up red onions to the patties. IMO the best I have had.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
