Ribeye perfection

I treated myself to a 1 3/4" thick prime cut ribeye tonight. Seasoned with a coating of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, kosher salt and black pepper. Cooked Indirect to 117 internal, rested it to 126 internal, bumped egg to 550 dome and seared in butter on a cast iron skillet for a couple minutes on each side.
ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.

It all starts with a good cut of meat and it looks like you only went up from there. I love me some prime ribeye (although at $20 a pound I can't afford it very often).
