Nice day for some butt!!

Such a clear crisp sunny day here on the rock I figured I'd cook a butt.Simply rubbed with mustard and dizzy dust...cooking at 350 for hopefully 4-5 hours till done.May foil at 160 haven't decided yet.Sitting at 338 grid and 46 deg food right now.

Bet we got more snow than you...lol

    Mighty tasty for sure.Didn't pull all that easy?? even tho it was cooked to 203 by the thermapen and I didn't really try to pull it that much as I don't own those claw things.Little bark cause I foiled but I don't care for bark that much anyhow.

    The taste is really good though!!
