Such a clear crisp sunny day here on the rock I figured I'd cook a butt.Simply rubbed with mustard and dizzy dust...cooking at 350 for hopefully 4-5 hours till done.May foil at 160 haven't decided yet.Sitting at 338 grid and 46 deg food right now.
Bet we got more snow than you...lol
