I really need a great Scampi recipe, after looking at all of the pictures, I'm gonna do my darnest to make it!

Smokin CSI, shrimp scampi is an easy dish to make. I don't know how you plan to cook it, but just google shrimp scampi and you will find endless recipes. The ingredients and methods are straight forward, so stick with the basic recipes. I'm at work so I don't have my recipe handy. Email me if you get stuck. The dish is so easy, it won't take you long to master it your way.[p]The link below is for the recipe I made at Eggtoberfest.
