So we postponed the Friday dinner to Saturday. Being in emergency management does that when you have a nice storm. Anyway picked up some filets, wild sockeye, and shrimp as entrees served with twice baked potatoes and roasted asparagus. Used my MBGE as well as the Vision Kub to pull it off. First attempt at the reverse sear and I think it turned out pretty dang good. Close to nailing it but not perfect.
