My baby backs are finishing much quicker than expected today. If they finish an hour before company gets here, what can I do to hold them for an hour or two without losing texture, juiciness?

Mine finished in about 2 1/2 hours today. Right now I have them in foil in an oven that was on earlier but is now off and cooling.

I double foil, and put them in a cooler that they fit in perfectly. If your cooler is way over sized, use towels to fill the voids. They will hold for hours.Large BGE Decatur, AL
