Super Bowl party dilemma

Have a dilemma tomorrow for the Super Bowl party. This is a huge party that gathers every year and people expect big flavors from me. However, my wife and I have a maternity photo session tomorrow at 2pm. The session will last about 1.5 - 2 hrs. Putting me getting home around 4pm. You can probably guess my dilemma now.
The other part to this dilemma is that I have no idea what to cook. Ideally I would like to cook something first thing in the morning and then serve later on, but I don't want the meat to suffer. I need an idea of a cook that will still be great at 6pm.
Any ideas? Some of my thoughts were doing a pork loin (outer back strap). It takes around 1.5 hrs to cook. Also thought about pig shots (though they are labor intensive on prep). I am not to keen on leaving with the Egg still cooking.
The wife and I will be heading to Trader Joes this afternoon (my first trip ever and I am pretty pumped).
Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

Pulled pork from pork butts can be finished hours in advance and kept hot in a cooler.

Guess I didn't think about that. Guess I could go turbo on a butt and FTC until the party.------------------------------

Try to prep as much as possible today. Save as much grill time for tomorrow"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

You could do some form of stickmeat. Satays, kafta, souvlaki etc. Make it up today and marinate overnight. Quick grill tomorrow and you are on your way.

Do you have any leftover brisket, pulled pork, or rib meat in the freezer?

You could prep these today, cook tomorrow.
I like the idea of prepping ABT's and Pig Shots today, cooking tomorrow. Chicken wings fairly quick.
Do a pork butt overnight - or really early turbo. Have it ready.

Just to throw another idea out there is the pepper stout beef. @R2EggQ has a great write up here:You could smoke the chuckie before you leave, then do the "covered in foil" portion in the oven while you are away, then come back and finish on the egg for the final stage after it is pulled to reduce the liquid and throw on some other apps.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Decided with a Boston butt. Had some on sale for $1.29lb. Rubbed with Bad Byrons (I added more salt, pepper, and brown sugar). Along with apple cider vinegar and mustard for the rub to stick. Cooked semi-turbo. Got it on at 7am this AM and took off around 1:15pm. Have it wrapped in foil and in a towel and in a cooler now ready for the party. Thanks everyone for the help.------------------------------

My apologies for getting to this thread too late to help with the Super Bowl cook. However, for reference, we used pizza dough from Trader Joes and it was pretty good.
