pork loin

Cooked my first pork loin today. Yesterday I used some evoo, coffee rub ( recipe from here). Cooked today indirect @350* with apple chips, drip pan with apple juice. Cooked around 1hrs 50 min, 140*. It turned out fantastic.

    Still our family favourite, can't beat a good loin and your's looks great!

    SWMBO has started using almost any apple BBQ butter/sauce on pork loins, much the way chops were served with applesauce. Use apple smoke and double down with the sauce.
