    You'll probably hand stack it one time like I did and say what a pain in the ass.  I take my starter cubes and cut one into three pieces and then place them close to the middle with one towards the rear and one to each side.

    I do the EGG-Zact same thing as @ShadowNick for Low andSlow Cooks - fill lump past top of firebox, close to the top of the Fire Ring...then light EGG-zactly as he mentions at 10:00, 2:00 and 6:00 a couple inches out from the center.  This method has not failed me yet...
