Mesquite Smoked Chili

Used the Eggfest chili recipe from the BGE cookbook. Modified it by using mesquite for smoke and replaced half of the ground beef with some burnt ends that I had in the freezer. It smells awesome! It'll be simmering away until dinner time.

@Terrebandit that is a 5 qt lodge. As for the chili, it was very good. I could really taste the cinnamon in it. It had chocolate in it too. Everything paired well with the heat and sweet.Mark Annville, PA
