We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

table question

I'm planning on building a large table with shelfs with doors on each side of my egg. My question is do you think with the doors on each side will it affect the air flow on the bottom vent? Most tables i see are open around the egg.

  • No it won't, but if you're building it out of wood, I'd get a table nest so you have an air gap between your egg and table.  Good luck and show pics when you're done.
