wondering how long these will keep in the fridge. They are cryovac and they were taken on on Saturday afternoon, some things came up and I wouldn't be able to cook them until Friday. I always read about aging roasts in cryo in the fridge wondering if the same applies slightly to ribs or if the bones throw that off.
