We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Just wanted to say Hello.
I've had my XLBGE for 2 1/2 weeks now and cooking everything in sight! I'm still learning the art of controlling the temp on the BGE, it seems very touchy on the XL. 
I mite add, I'm trying to learn this in subzero temps of Cleveland, OH. Looking for advice from anyone with a great tip.
