I Got Me Some Clam and Tail Saturday Night!
My wife usually does a seafood dinner for New Years but her sister and kids were sick. Didn't want to get Great Grandma sick. So we postponed it and had it Saturday night. It's always been tradition to have crab legs but we switched it up to lobster tails this year. We prepped the tails by dipping the tail meat into butter and garlic. Placed the meat back in the shell and finished on the egg. We also tossed some stuffed clams on the main grid for a side. My wife did a shrimp pasta but this was done on the stove.
