We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First Spatchcock chicken and brussels sprouts

Made two spatchcock chickens using two seasonings. One I used the Oakridge game bird and chicken rub and the other I used down and dizzy. Very pleased with the outcome. The brussels sprouts I drizzled olive oil sea salt veggie seasoning and some pistachios wrapped in foil and on the egg for about 40 minutes on 400 raised grate. Sorry for the not so good pics.
