Sous Vide Forum?

My wife received a Sous Vide oven for her birthday and we are now looking for a good Forum focused on Sous Vide cooking.

Of course I have seen the posts here and that is what led me to the oven to begin with but now interested in a good Forum just for Sous Vide.

Recommendations would be appreciated.

I borrow this from a friend and was very impressed some very good recipes. I also got a new cookbook by Richard Blais that has some sous vide recipes in it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1579653510/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1390145821&sr=8-1&pi=SL75
  • Paqman, thanks for the links.  Signed in/joined and reading at Egullet.  This is a great Forum.

Lit, thanks for the tip on the book.  Had just read about it on egullet.org   The title is quite interesting, "Under Pressure" and the Sous Vide enthusiasts took issue with that when the book was about to be released and a few amateur physicists (some not so well informed BTW) began to try to explain the title.  Meanwhile, the book came out and is evidently a great reference with fantastic, albeit complicated recipes.
