Largest temp drop during stall?

What's the largest drop you've seen? Dropped 15 degrees on a Boston butt so far. Egg temp is good, not dropping. Also, double checked with Thermapen and temps match up.

Yea, not worried, just curious what others have seen. Most I had seen before this one was 5 degrees. Now at a drop of 18 degrees.Austin, TX

If it makes you nervous, you could foil it I'd just let it roll. It has something to do with evaporation of moisture. Evaporation is a cooling process.Dave - Austin, TX

I had one drop 12°. It took quite a while to reach temp, but turned out to be one of the best I ever did.A poor widows son.
