VI and Pam had come to Killeen. I called Travis and we had a very mini non-egg Fest lunch. image<img src="http://cdn.vanillaforums.com/
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    This is a true story.  

    Yesterday, we went to Killeen for the sole purpose of eating lunch with Mickey and Travis.  However, while we were there, a new 2014 Toyota Avalon caught my eye, and we bought it from Mickey.

    Mickey gave us such a good deal that, as we were getting in the car to drive off, I could hear the owner yelling at him.  She was saying things like … "How could you do this to me?" and "We're ruined !".  Mickey just stood there with his face buried in his hands, and Travis sat in the armored personnel carrier that he had "borrowed" from nearby Ft. Hood, pretending to wipe the windshield and not listen to the commotion.  

    imageAs we began to drive off, she started running at us, screaming "Gimme that car !  Gimme that car !".  I just laughed and sped off, giving her the one finger wave out the window.  I could still see her running after me in my rear view mirror (with blind spot warning feature) as she faded out of sight.  It was a great day !

    Thanks Mickey.  I guess you're going to retire a little earlier than you expected.
