Had some cheap beef in a tube I needed to eat because today was the date. Made burgers with half of it tonight and froze the other half.
Mixed in some Italian breadcrumbs and Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks and formed into half pound patties. Cooked raised direct at about 450 till 145 IT. They were really good! Just wish I had put more of an indention in the middle and flattened a little more as they ended up kinda thick.
I felt like I needed to unhinge my jaw to take a bite :))
