Or do it like this:
Mickey's Coffee Rub
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ancho-chili powder
1/2 cup expresso ground (very fine) Coffee. (Has red,yellow&green label)
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup ground black pepper
Procedure:
1 Mix all and keep in an air tight container. -
I love Dizzy Pig's Maditerranean-ish2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIANLong Island N.Y.

Honestly, Zatarain's Big and Zesty Garlic and Herb has become a staple in my cabinet. VERY good on chicken and not too salty. I sometimes even add a little salt to it. You can find it at Publix, I know. Give it a shot. Good stuff.Athens, GA

So many choices, so many breasts.... Geez I really wish I meant that in a very different way.Try a breaded baked breast for a twist. Standard breading (flour/egg wash/seasoned crumbs). Bake/roast indirect at 400ºF, pan finish with cheese and sauce if you like.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

I use this on breast and wings:
Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme

Our household favorite for chicken is Carolina Seasoning from The Holland Grill Co. Its also fantastic on pork chops. I found it at my local BGE dealer.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

I like the Dizzy Pig rubs on Chicken Breast . . but I think the big difference maker is to BRINE them before work and GRILL them after work. A little extra prep, but gamechanger with added flavor/moisture. Involves a little extra prep, so I always do 5 at a time because chicken breast leftovers can be used all week!Columbus, OH

My favorite rub on chicken is called Ye Olde Canadian Chicken Rub. I don't know where i got it and I will be sad when it is gone
