Baby backs. Used a rub I got in Oxford, MS and then threw on the egg (250-275*). Forgive me for the lack of pictures but it's pretty easy to see why:
Lighting: Jack and Coke
Ribs on: Heineken
Hour 1 temp check: Corona
Hour 2 temp check: Corona
Hour 3 temp check: Corona
Hour 4 temp check: Corona
Hour 5 temp check: Corona
Toothpick test: Corona
Pull: Corona
Dinner: Corona

You've got the routine dialed in...now it can get very overcast with a low&slow pork butt of extended duration I'm sure the ribs were great.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
