tonight's cook

Options
2 racks of ribs and sending one to some friends. Good to have several bags of pulled pork and soup to give also. One with Head Country and one with my elfster gift...honey bbq. Cooked and foodsavered a tenderloin done with a Mexican spice I picked up...taking it on the road this week.

The rib shot is right before I flipped them. They like them sticky.
